Centering Meditation is a lush and melodic CD by Paula Horan and Merlin's Magic (Andreas Mock). It has only two tracks. The first track is a spoken word guided meditation backed by subtle space music. The second track is Mock's subtle space music only. Listeners may choose to use this disc in many different modes. It is, obviously, an excellent meditation and introspection disc. Horan's voice and tone are gentle and ambient in and of themselves. Mock's pastoral ambience surrounds her instructions with organic textures and overtones. The resonant qualities tap directly into the body's Chakra centers. Mock is one of the new age community's premier practitioners of this style. Horan is an exceptional and inspirational teacher and holistic new ager.
